Along with thrilling attractions Disney World offers tasty snacks across its 6 parks. This guide gives my recommendations on the best snacks to try.
Mickey Pretzel with Cheese Dip (various parks at Disney)
This snack is available at pretty much every Disney World Park. As a snack you can defiantly share between 2 of you or it makes a good on the go lunch.
Mac and Cheese with Pulled Pork at Eight Spoon Cafe in Disney’s Animal Kingdom
This might be the best thing I ate over 2 weeks in Florida. The baked mac and cheese was delicious and used good quality cheese, pulled pork was tender with lots of bbq sauce and the pickle on the side cut through the decadent cheese and meat dish. 10/10
Chilli Cheese Hot Dog from Casey’s Corner at Disney’s Magic Kingdom
This is the first thing me and Dad grab to eat when at Disney. It’s an all American classic. The beef hot dog is really good quality and the chilli and cheese gives extra flavour. The fries this comes with is also top notch.
Hei Hei Dole Whip Cone at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon
This ice cream cone includes the original pineapple dole whip ice cream which is so refreshing and perfect after a day at the water park.
New England Clam Chowder from Columbia Harbour House at Magic Kingdom
This might be controversial to those who don’t like fish but this is mine and my Mum’s favourite. The soup is so wholesome and filling, not too heavy when you want to walk around the park after (and go on Space Mountain)
Strawberry and Cream Funnel Cake from Sleep Hollow at Magic Kingdom
For some reason this funnel cake with all the toppings is 3 dollars cheaper than plain funnel cakes at every other park. We’ve never seen funnel cake back in the UK so we always ensure we get this tasty donut treat when we visit Disney World.
Birria Tacos at 4 Rivers Cantina Food Truck at Disney Springs
Although Disney Springs isn’t technically a theme park you can’t miss out on amazing dining options. While I didn’t bother queuing for one of the infamous Gideon’s Cookies I’m so pleased I stopped by this food trucks for the best tacos I’ve ever had.
Wookiee Cookie from Backlot Express at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Although this cookie is massive (look at the photo- size of my head!) its oatmeal base means it wasn’t too sickly. Perfect snack after enjoying Smugglers Run at Rise of the Resistance at Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge.
